A new stamp was cancelled and put into circulation on November 25th at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. The issue is dedicated to the presidency of Armenia at the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

2 stamps and a stamped postcard dedicated to the “RA Presidential Award for Global Contribution in the Area of Information Technologies” were put into circulation on November 11th 2013.

President Serzh Sargsyan received on November 15th the Chairman of Semiconductor Industry Association, President of "Techno Vision" Company, former CEO of "Hitachi" Company and the recipient of the 2013 RA Presidential Award for Global Contribution in the Area of Information Technologies (IT) Tsugio Makimoto.

A new stamp was cancelled and put into circulation on November 11th in Gyumri city, at the Dramatic Theater after Vardan Achemyan. The issue is dedicated to the declaration of Gyumri as the cultural capital of the CIS in 2013.
The stamp and the coupons attached represent the old Gyumri and the logotype of “Gyumri, cultural capital of the CIS”.

The official cancellation ceremony of the stamp dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the first Secretary of the Armenian Communist Party, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic Anton Kochinyan took place on October 25th of this year.

The official cancellation ceremony of the stamped souvenir sheet dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between Armenia and Belarus took place on October 25th of this year at Minsk and at Yerevan.

On September 24, towards the 100th anniversary of Great Armenian Genocide, the souvenir sheet with a stamp dedicated to "Aurora Mardiganyan" was cancelled and introduced into circulation.

A new stamp dedicated to the foundation of the brandy production in Armenia was cancelled and introduced into circulation today. The cancellation ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication of the RA Mr. Andranik Aleksanyan, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of "Haypost" CHSC Mr. Haik Avagyan, other officials and guests.
