On September 25th, 2019, a two-sided postcard with 1 stamp dedicated to the theme “International. «Ararat-Antiterror-2019»” has been cancelled and put into circulation by “HayPost” CJSC.
The postcard is printed in “Asoghik” printing house in Armenia with a print-run of 500 pcs. The author of the postcard’s design is the designer of “HayPost” CJSC David Dovlatyan
The postage stamp of the postcard depicts the emblem of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center and the bottom left corner of the postcard depicts the inscription “THE GATHERING OF THE MANAGEMENT BODIES OF THE ANTI-TERRORISM DIVISIONS OF THE SECURITY BODIES AND SPECIAL SERVICES OF THE CIS MEMBER-COUNTRIES” in Armenian and Russian languages.
The backside of the postcard depicts the flags of the member-countries of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center, the emblem of the National Security Service of Armenia, the inscription “«ARARAT-ANTITERROR-2019» JOINT ANTI-TERRORISM EXERCISE OF THE COMPETENT BODIES OF THE CIS MEMBER-COUNTRIES” in Armenian and Russian languages. The central part of the postcard depicts Ararat Mountain and the monument to David of Sasun.
The postcard was cancelled by the Acting Director of the National Security Service of the republic of Armenia Eduard Martirosyan, the Head of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center, Colonel-General of Police Andrey Novikov, the member of the Executive Board of “HayPost” CJSC, the chief legal advisor of “HayPost” CJSC Arayik Abrahamyan, the President of the Union of Philatelists of the RA Hovik Musayelyan.
